Case study — Health · B2B SaaS
Marrow
Half of American healthcare happens in practices with fewer than ten people. They deserve software built for them, not scaled down from hospitals.
The origin
Half of American healthcare happens in practices with fewer than ten people.
We spent four months inside independent clinics — dermatology, physio, family practice — and watched the same thing everywhere: clinicians spending more of their day fighting software than seeing patients. Scheduling in one tool, notes in another, billing in a third, and a fax machine that refused to die.
Marrow replaces all of it with one calm system: scheduling, charting, billing, and patient messaging designed around how a small clinic actually runs a day. Onboarding takes an afternoon. Notes write themselves from the visit. Claims go out clean the first time.
Brighter built Marrow from a research thesis to a live product with twelve founding clinics, and is leading its seed round.
The build
What we made.
Brand, product, and platform — designed and engineered in-house, from the first sketch to launch.
Software that gets out of the room.
For the first time in eleven years, I finished my notes before I left the building.
Outcomes
Where it stands.
